This Chess
problems database contains more than 3500 positions which were
primarily taken from actual played games. Each of the tactical
combinations was either played on the board in an actual match or
could have been played as a different variation. An effort has been
made to classify the problems depending upon their level of
difficulty (admittedly a subjective process) and tactical themes.
The spelling of player names was taken unchanged from the
corresponding sources. It might be that the same name appears with
different spellings. |
