I was wondering on that. Has anyone ever won on that?

Hello Mr. Jchodges,
Our scratch & win game is a relatively new game (about two
months old) and we still have no winners to this date. We believe the odds of winning
(8:100) are OK. We tested
thoroughly the program online and after several tries we got
a winning ticket.
Keep in mind that every time you play it, the odds are back again
at 8:100 on each session. Also as an any game of chance, you could get the prize in the first
try or you could play a hundred times and get nothing!
