On your website, in the Chess problems section there is an error.

Mate in 2 (problem 3 of 5) is not a mate in 2, but a mate in 1.

Nb3 is checkmate.

Dear viewer,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding the 3/5 mate in two problem.

Of course you are right on this mistake. Somehow we misplaced a "b" for a "p" in the FEN file allowing the white Knight to check and mate in one move.

By replacing the black Pawn for a black Bishop the error seems to be corrected. If you still feel that is not right, please let us know.

We appreciate your input since it makes our site more accurate.
