Is it possible that with a back up piece a King can checkmate the opposite King?


Dear viewer,

It is not legal to checkmate the opponent's King with your own King even if your King is backed up with a friendly piece.

Both Kings cannot attack themselves under any circumstance. In fact, a King can't be near the other since it is an illegal move.

It should always be a square between the two.
