Hello,
Is there a stratagem of checkmate in this situation
(White Knight & King vs. black King) or can it even be
done?

The minimum
elements required to checkmate your
opponent's King are as follows:
(King + Queen),
or (King + Rook), or (King + Bishop + Knight), or (King + Bishop
+ Bishop).
Thus, it is not
possible to make a checkmate to the opposite King with a (King +
Knight), or with a (King + Bishop) or (King + Knight + Knight).
