Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible to play a complete game of Chess (winning or losing) without any piece exchange.

Can this be made?

Yes, this can be possible although this is very unlikely to happen because of the Chess complexities.

There is a recorded game between Nuber and Keckeisen played at Mengen, in 1994. This game took 31 moves without any piece exchange and was won by Nuber playing white and can be reviewed below with a pgn viewer:
