Andor Lilienthal was born in Moscow to
Hungarian Jewish parents on May 5, 1911 and died in Budapest May 8,
2010.
He was the only living player to have defeated Jose Raul
Capablanca and Emanuel Lasker. He also had a draw against Alexander
Alekhine.
