tournament, 10 year old Fabiano Caruana of Brooklin, New York
defeats International Grand Master Aleksander Wojtkiewicz (2555)
setting a new record as the youngest player ever to defeat a GM in
the US.
With a national rating of 2060, Caruana wins the game with a Rook
sacrifice that enables him to an easily King and Pawn endgame
victory. |
