Kasparov vs. X3D Fritz -  Man - Machine World Chess

This match, held at the New York Athletic Club in New York City, sees four games of classical time control. Kasparov takes on X3D Fritz in total virtual reality, with the Chessboard floating in the air between man and computer. Sanctioned by the International Computer Games Association (ICGA) and the US Chess Federation, this was the 1st Official World Chess Championship Man vs Machine in total virtual reality.
